I have already bought the below:

Bathroom vanity unit with tap, bath (waste & taps), storage unit, electric shower, bathroom tiles for the floor and the walls, ventilation, bathroom mirror with back light, 6 down-lights for bathroom, 10 down-lights for the living room and radiator.

The job as below:
Fit new bathroom and change all bath old pipes. (Move one pipe to be outside the house or inside the wall).

Tile the entire bathroom.

Tile the bathroom floor (two square meters). Two floor boards it needs changing under the bath and two or three wall plaster board needs changing too.

Change bathroom ceiling and install new down lights (8 spot lights) with paintings (4 square meters).

Fit bathroom wall bathroom ventilation. At the moment the bathroom ventilation gone through the loft.

Change bathroom small heater.

Change the living room ceiling (remove the old callings) (5M X 4M) plaster, fit 10 spots and painting.

Fit electric shower

Please you will need to buy whatever materials left (eg, plaster boards, bathroom board floor, some pipes, wires for electric shower (wire needs to passed from the kitchen to the bathroom through the loft), wires for the light, materials to tile ) .
