a) Attic, hack off water damaged plaster to chimney breast , make and replaster as required, overboard and skim damaged area of ceiling as required. Redecorate room complete.
b) 1st floor main bedroom, Plasterboard and skim complete ceiling, Bond and skim all walls, redecorate room complete.
c) Bathroom, Describe your job in detail Redecorate ceiling complete.
d) Hall stairs and Landing, Repair and make good walls, paper line all wall and redecorate complete.
e) Lounge, Apply new blown vinyl paper to walls and redecorate room complete.
e) Kitchen, Strip out all existing units and make good all as required including electrics and plumbing,
hack off tiles and replaster all walls, redecotrate room complete
2) Basement Conversion to form new kitchen and utility room
a) Form new light well to front garden and new escape window
b) Resite existing combination boiler
c) Supply and fit as required perimeter drainage to
basement discharging into purpose made sump pump.
d) Lay new flooring and insulation to current building
regulations
e) Apply Platon tanking to all walls, and timber stud
wall drylining, insulate and plasterboard and skim
all walls
f) Insulate sound proof ceiling and plasterboard and
skim complete area
g) Allow for all electrics as required Allow for all
plumbing and heating as required
h) Allow for fitting only clients Kitchen
i) Allow for all second fix joinery
j) Allow to fit clients tile splash back
k) Decorate all on completion
