• "Clients" means person,persons,companies using the services of this website in order to be introduced to the services of Trade Professionals.
• "Job" or “Work”means work that is to be carried out by Trades people on behalf of customers.
• "Users", "You", means anyone making use of the Big Builders B Ltd Services.
• "Service" means any procedure or service that is provided by Big Builders B Ltd to Users, which includes, but is not limited to: information, services and products provided through the Website, or by telephone or email.
• "Associates", "Tradesmen" and "Trades People" means any business who is registered with this website to quote for jobs posted by customers.

Governing Law & Legal Compliance

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If any provisions hereof are held to be illegal or unenforceable such provisions shall be severed and the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect unless the business purpose of this Agreement is substantially frustrated thereby.

Information Control

We do not control the information provided by other users, which is made available through the Site. You may find other user's information to be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive. Please use caution and common sense when using the Site. Please note that there are also risks of dealing with underage persons or people acting under false pretences. By using this Site, you agree to accept such risks and agree that Big Builders B Ltd is not responsible for the acts or omissions of users on the Site.

Liability

In the event that you have any right, claim or action against any other user arising from that user's use of the Site, you agree to pursue such right, claim or action independently of and without recourse to us, and you release Big Builders B Ltd (and our directors and employees) from all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, known and unknown, arising from or in any way connected with such right, claim or action.

Big Builders B Ltd owns all the intellectual property rights relating to the site, including the designs, text, database, graphics and layouts, and you agree not use or copy any part thereof without our express permission.

The intellectual property rights on postings, messages, text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, or other materials ("content") Users upload to Bigbuildersbum.com are retained by the copyright owner, and these are added to the site by Users at their own risk. In doing so you are giving expressed and irrevocable permission for us to store, display and use the content.

The trademarks, service marks, brands, names, logos and designs ("Trademarks") of Big Builders B Ltd or others used on this Site and in the Services are the property of Big Builders B Ltd or their respective owners. You may not remove or alter any Trademark. You may not use any trademark displayed on the Site or in the Services without the express prior written permission of Big Builders B Ltd or the respective owner, and nothing contained on this Site grants by implication, waiver, or any right to use such trademarks. Payment Terms

Membership Fees

If you are a Trades Person you agree to pay Big Builders B Ltd a membership of £10 per month.

The membership fee will be payable on the date of your registration with www.BigBuildersBum.com and is due on a monthly basis from date of first payment. You can cancel your membership at any time.

You agree to receive all invoices by email to the email address you have given to us. It is your responsibility to ensure that this email address is working correctly.

Reviews

You agree that clients can leave you a review rating after you carried out some or all of the job advertised or similar or related work. You always have the right and ability to respond publicly on this site to your reviews.

All Trade People will be subject to review ratings from clients for who they carry out work, and thereby understand that Big Builder B Ltd is not responsible for the evaluation content that those clients post, or any harm done by such content.

The client who posts the review is responsible for his or her written review rating. In some exceptional circumstances, Big Builders B Ltd may remove reviews, but only at its sole discretion. Likewise, any client of the website who posts a review rating in reference to a Trades Person is responsible for its accuracy and legality.

All Users understand that any libelous behaviour, illegal activity, or any form of abuse of the review system or any other part of the website, may be banned from further use, and reported to the authorities.

References

Tradesmen may add up to two outside references to their profile. We verify these references via an email address provided by the tradesman. If we can't verify the reference it will not go on the relevant profile page.

The administrative cost for this service is £10 + VAT, for one reference and £5 + VAT for a second one. This is non refundable under all circumstances.

Termination of service

You agree that Big Builders B Ltd has the right (but not the obligation) to cancel or deactivate your account, block your email address, or otherwise terminate or restrict your access to or use of the website, immediately and without notice, and remove and discard any content within the website, for any reason, including, without limitation, if Big Builders B Ltd believes that you have acted inconsistently above terms and conditions.

It is also agreed by you that Big Builders B Ltd shall not be liable to you or any third party for any cancellation or restriction of you accessing the website. You also agree that you will not enter the website after the termination of your agreement with Big Builders B Ltd.

Alterations

Big Builders B Ltd reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. Big Builders B Ltd reserves the right to alter the way it operates its' method of membership/advertising at any time and without notice. Big Builder B Ltd reserves the right to revise this Legal Notice at any time without any notice to you. You should check this Website from time to time to review the then current Legal Notice as it is binding on you.
